The Terms and Conditions on our website MSPYATRA.COM, gives our valuable guests / users the clear picture of booking the tour with us. By filling the Registration Form for the services provided by us acknowledges the acceptance of our Termsand conditions by the guests / users.

  • These Terms and Conditions is applicable for all visitors on our website within India and Abroad for any type of Purchase services which is offer by MSP YATRA PVT LTD
  • Company means MSP YATRA PVT LTD and also includes all its branches & divisions published from time to time
  • Service Providers means a person and/or organization selected by MSPYATRA.COM to render their services including transport, hotel, behalf of MSP YATR PVT LTD.



All User who visit our website and make any transaction to purchase any type of services which is offer by MSP YATRA PVT LTD must have to first make a registration on sign up page.Some detail required for registration:-

1)B2B agent Registration:-Full detail of registerd office and authorized person all detail which is required under Agent Sign up Page.and required documents sent to our registred office for activation.

2)B2C Guest Registration:- Full detail of User sign up page required.

Failing to verify all detail login detail not proceed to agent or after any fault found in documentation login id will be de active for all type of login.



  • Air Tickets :
    Company Organizes procuring best Air Fares from the Airlines for the Group tours as well as for Individual travel on its website. In case of any increase in Air fare, airport taxes, or any charges levied by the Airlines before the departure of the Journey if any, will have to be borne by the travellers. In case of cancellation of air tickets by the tourist, the tourist will have to borne the cancellation charges by the airlines as per airlines rules and service charges charged by the company for the services provided i.e. Rs. 100/- per person / per sector - for Domestic Bookings andRs. 500/- per person / per ticket for International bookings. The Company reserves the right to change the service charges without prior notice as deemed fit.
  • Non Payment of Booking:-
    If the full payment for the Service booked is not received in the stipulated time by the User, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking/registration with consequent forfeiture of deposit and/or the deduction of cancellation charges applicable for the booked services  as the company seems deemed fit.
  • Transfer of Booking :
    Request for Transfer of Booking from the originally booked  to another will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking  has to be booked. Cancellation charges applicable will apply on booked services The discounts available / given for the cancelled booking  will not be valid for fresh booking. Discounts prevailing for the fresh booking to be booked will be available on the date of booking of fresh booking if applicable.
  • Persons Other Than Those Booked On The Booking  :
    Persons, friends or relatives of the Travellers, who have not booked directlly  with mspyatra.com will not be allowed any special service given by us to our guest.

Payments by user for  Booking:-


  • Payment of The Booking  Amount :
    The Booking  amount paid at the time of booking of  i.e. Domestic / International Air tickets/Hotel will be refundable as per normal fare rule. The bookings will be processed / confirmed by the Company only after the booking amount is received in full. If user fails to pay the full amount of the booking  within stipulated time for whatsoever reasons best known to him, the Company reserves the right to cancel his booking / registration and the given  amount will be forfeited. Further in case of cheques issued by the user is dishonored, user has to pay INR.1000/- as charges for the same. And thereafter, the user will be required to pay the amount in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque / Cash only. Company also reserves the right to take necessary legal action in respect of dishonored cheques as may deemed fit. 

    A) By Domestic and International Clients(Through Payment Getway) :

     can make payment using any of the following methods : 
    By Online Payment Gateway System through (Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club) 
    By Debit Card Verified by Master/ Visa / Maestro 
    By Offline Credit Card Payment (Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club) 

    Notes : 
    1. In case of payment through credit / debit card, the bank charges  would be levied over and above the total amount 
    2. All payments should be free and clear of any with holding tax and deduction 
    3. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer

    B) Cheque Payment :

    All cheques payments are to be made in favor of “MSPYATRA PVT LTD“ cheque only Current dated cheque acceptable.

C) Cash Payment:- Payment must be submitted to authorized person/Staff in office and must take valid receipt for payment.

D) Credit Limite:-This facilities only available for B2B user(Travels agent/Hotels agent/Corporate clients only)


Definition of credit limite:-A limite of payment which is given by MSP YATRA PVT LTD to its registerd user only for use of purchase service which is operated by MSP YATRA PVT LTD for a short time usage.This mean credit limite payment can be use by user on behalf of MSP YATRA PVT LTD and purchase its service and than make due payment amount in Company Bank Accounts after.Ticket issued in payment mode of credit limite is not a valid payment made to company by user this is only issue of service by user and said payment must be proceed to company and if payment not proceed in company bank accounts by user issued service will be payment less booking and company reserve rights to cancel such service and cancellation charge must be paid user only.Credit limte given by company to user is totally company decision and no any user can bound company for this.

If any user refuse to said payment later company will take any action against this as per company best decision.

            To avail of credit limit facilities user have to rule of company which is discuss in                written.

Refund procedure:-

5) User can cancell ticket after issue before 5 Hrs of Flight schdule departure time for domestic booking.and for International flight case minimum 24 hrs before required to cancell booking..Also some airlines in International and domestic  has no-show policy if booking cancelled with 24 hrs or some has 72 hrs from schdule departure time so User need to cross check cancallation time from Our Reservation Team.

6) Important note for cancallation with given time schdule or if user miss his flight or miss to cancell ticket within timeline in that case guest treated as no-show /No-go in that case no refund provide to any user..

7)Procees of refund in user login id 3-4 Working days reuqired after receive refund from airline .This time limite for refund those who cancell ticket on given time limte..If guest No-show/No-go in that case refund will deley from airlines end so that case refund will procees only after receive from airlines..

8)Most Important:- For guest who fail to board flight on time and for no-show/No-go refund reuqest to call issuing agent immidiatilly to cancell ticket so refund can procees on time becose after take-off of flight airlines put ticket status in SUSP mode and this take long time in refund..

9)MSP YATRA PVT LTD will charge extra 3 pct of paid amount plus 100 INR as service charge when any service need for refund,
